Dispatcher (PT) Rich Hall re-joined the Department of Public Safety in 2008. Prior to his retirement in 2006, Dispatcher Hall worked as a full time Public Safety Dispatcher from 2001 until 2006. Before joining Public Safety, Dispatcher Hall worked for the SMCM IT Office from 1997 until 2001.
