As all incoming and transfer students know, adapting to a new environment can be challenging and intimidating. As class vice-president, I hope to alleviate many of the anxieties new students have about the social and academic challenges they face by working directly with students in monthly discussions and by implementing secure forums where confidentiality is established for everyone.
