What I would like the SGA to accomplish this year: I would like to see the SGA work harder to strengthen our relationship with students. I would also like to see us making more strides to garner student participation in the SGA.
Why I wanted to get involved with SGA: Well, I originally wanted to be the Class President because '09 is the greatest class ever!

What I would like the SGA to accomplish this year: I would love to see the SGA develop a greater on-campus presence this year to encourage student participation in the SGA and SGA-sponsored activities. Furthermore, I hope the SGA continues to initiate change in our broader community by continuing the green movement and promoting awareness of broader community issues. Above all, the SGA needs to be in touch with the students in order to capitalize on the incredible potential on this campus and fully represent the student body.
Why I wanted to get involved with SGA: Being a class officer is a great way for me to meet many incredible people and learn social, organizational and leadership skills that even the best professors cannot teach in a classroom lecture. I want to continue serving the Class of 2010 and St. Mary's College because years from now, we will always remember our "firsts," and I want to make sure our time here is enlightening and fun. The Class of 2010 is absolutely amazing. Serving as the Class President is both an honor and a pleasure.
Activities: I love to play basketball, football, and baseball. Class of 2011 President.
What I would like the SGA to accomplish this year:To impliment the current policies and procedures in the SGA handbook, and to also be open for new ideas given by thier constituents.
Why I wanted to get involved with SGA: I wanted to get involved with SGA because there are people in this school who have fantastic ideas but do not know how to express them. I want to help them by being a liasion between them and the school.
