The Constitutional Review Committee upholds the spirit of the SGA Constitution, reviews the constitutions of all existing and new SGA-sponsored clubs, reviews proposed legislation, and recommends revisions to the existing SGA Constitution and Bylaws. The committee is comprised of the Parliamentarian (chair), three Senators, and three student members. The specific responsibilities of the Constitutional Review Committee are stated in Article VI, Section C of the SGA Constitution.
