Purpose: The Facilities, Grounds, and Food Service Committee shall function to review policies and actions of the Administration, the Facilities Office, the Physical Plant, Housekeeping, the campus food service company, and related SGA activity. The Committee shall also be a forum for new ideas to improve the campus grounds, facilities, and food service.
Composition: The Facilities, Grounds, and Food Service Committee shall be chaired by a Senator appointed by the President, subject to Senate approval by simply majority vote, and composted of at least: two (2) additional Senators, four (4) students appointed by the President, all of whom are subject to Senate approval by simple majority vote. Appropriate Administration officials and staff members will advise and attend, on request, meetings of the committee but hold no vote.
