Possible directions in careers involving anthropology (or the benefits of an anthropological perspective) include education, working in museums or research centers, writing, film-making, photography, journalism, international policy making or implementation, market research, NGOs, and corporate anthropology.

The American Anthropological Association offers an excellent comprehensive site for links and information on careers in anthropology.  http://www.aaanet.org/careers.htm

A couple of other useful overview sites are:

Northern Kentucky University offers "Careers in Anthropology: Where the Jobs Are" http://www.nku.edu/%7Eanthro/careers.html

Brigham Young University has a site titled "What Can I Do With an Anthropology Degree?"  http://fhss.byu.edu/anthro/Anthropology/deptindex.htm
