Fostering the Independent Choral Artist
for current high school students through graduates
Our Mission
This academy will be an intensive, fully immersive two-week program that will provide students with extensive training and experience in the choral art, while also experiencing the Saint Mary’s life, staying on-campus full-time.Students will have a full day of rehearsing, team-building, recreation, and interest-based workshops focused on aspects of artistic vocal practice. With this program, we take full advantage of the college’s capacity, not only in the music department, but also as a place of community and learning- and therefore guiding our participants to self-realization, expression, and passion in the musical practice.
We will use this academy to prepare the next generation of choral singer in an environment conducive to growth socially and artistically.
