Registration Information
Age: rising ninth graders through high school graduates
Resident Fee: $1,500.00
Non-Resident (Commuter) Fee: $650.00
At time of registration a non-refundable $75.00 balance is due. This balance is applied to the total cost of the program.
The balance of camp tuition and housing fees are due no later than June 1, 2013, for residents, and no later than July 7, 2013, for non-residents.
Refund Policy: If a registered student becomes unable to attend camp for any reason and camp administration receives a written refund request, the following refund policy will apply:
- Written notice received in camp office 61 or more business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the first day of camp: Full refund of tuition and housing less the $75.00 deposit.
- Written notice received in camp office 31-60 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the first day of camp: 75% refund of tuition and housing less the $75.00 deposit.
- Written notice received in camp office 11-30 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the first day of camp: 50% refund of tuition and housing less the $75.00 deposit.
- No refunds of any kind are available within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the first day of camp before camp.
Accepted forms of written notification:
- Letters mailed to Choral Arts Academy at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, (Attn: Larry Vote, Music Dept., 18952 E. Fisher Road, St. Mary's City, Maryland 20686) and RECEIVED in the office according to the policy above.
- Email sent to administrator. Be sure to get a reply confirming that we received your email request and that your refund is being processed.
