Tuition and Fees:

You may opt to forego the meal plan and/or the housing option if you are able to make other arrangements.

To apply for the three-week college-credit course, students must register through the Portal, and pay the fees appropriated by St. Mary's College of Maryland.  As stipulated, each credit costs $195, for a total of $780 for a 4-credit class. For housing and meal plans, students must refer to the 2013 Summer Housing Contract which will give options for housing and meal plan options. 

Deposit & Payment:

Upon acceptance, you will receive an email directing you on registration and payment. Payment can be made by either credit card or check. You will need to make a deposit within two weeks of acceptance to secure your spot at the conference. A deposit of $750 is required by May 7, 2013, with the full balance due June 3, 2013.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

A full refund will be offered up to 10 days before the event start, after which no refunds will be offered.


Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Enrollment is limited. Please follow the directions for applications through CVENT for the certificate program, or the Portal for the three-week program.
