Housing
Arriving Early
If you wish to arrive early, please notify our staff in advance of the conference so that we can make arrangements with Residence Life. There are also a number of hotels in the area, most of which are are between 15 and 30 minutes from campus.
Housing Information
Housing will be in the the Townhouse Greens, centrally located on St. Mary’s campus. Each flat includes a kitchen with major appliances (though not tableware or small appliances, such as coffee makers), a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. During the school year, these lodgings are usually reserved for four college seniors; for the conference, participants will share a flat, but will each have his/her own bedroom. The bedrooms each have two twin XL mattresses, dressers, and desks. If you would like to share your flat with a specific person, please let conference staff know as soon as you are accepted.

Essential Items
- Alternate method of communication. Unless you have Verizon, cell phone reception is spotty on campus. We suggest installing Skype on your computer.
- Ethernet cable. While wireless internet is available academic buildings and the coffee shop, it is not available in the Townhouse Greens. You can, however, bring an ethernet cable to connect to the college's network in the Townhouse buildings. This method of connection will involve downloading a security program, Bradford Persistent Agent, prior to accessing the internet. viewpage.action?pageId=2424962 . - Money. There is an Old Line Bank ATM on campus; the surcharge is $3.00 for non-Old Line customers.
