Technology Services Help Desk

The Technology Service Help Desk is the primary service point for all SMCM-owned computer, hardware, software, network, and telecommunications problems and questions. The goal of the Help Desk is to support the SMCM campus by providing excellent customer service with a smile. This means that any problems and questions will be resolved as quickly and as effectively as possible. Documentation of all reported problems, questions, and resolutions will be maintained and used to provide future direction for training, staffing, and communications.
