The James P. Muldoon River Center is for all of St. Mary's College to enjoy!

The Multi-purpose room upstairs (We lovingly refer to it as "The Awesome Room!") is a great place to relax or study, and is open from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM weekdays. Evening study hours will begin again Sunday, February 12^th, 2012, after this the building will be open until 11:00 PM. Sunday through Tuesday will be student study hours, Wednesday through Saturday are available for scheduling Events via 'EMS', the campus wide scheduling system. If no events are scheduled Wednesday through Friday, the River Center will be open for study. Toward finals time, the River Center will close down event scheduling so the facility may be made available for studying for finals every day. Just off the Multi-purpose room is the beautiful upper deck known as "The Captains Walk". Below is the lower deck and the Monitor Station (Boat 'Check Out'). There is a classroom facility for sailing classes and other teaching functions, and a Conference Room complete with a Nautical Library upstairs!
