The matrix has blocks of open \u201cCommunity Time\u201d on T\/R and all-\u200b\u00a0campus \u201cMeeting Times\u201d M\/W\/F when no classes are scheduled. These activities are designed to be just as meaningful and challenging as in-class learning. These may or may not carry extra credits. Art courses include studio time as part of their class schedule.<\/p>\n<h3>Open Times in the Weekly Schedule<\/h3>\n<p>The schedule includes open \u201cCommunity Time\u201d on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and \u201cMeeting Time\u201d on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No classes are held during these times so students can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend office hours<\/li>\n<li>Eat lunch<\/li>\n<li>Go to meetings or events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required class meetings, labs, or academic sessions <strong>may not<\/strong> be scheduled during Community Time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This matrix defines our class and lab meeting schedules.
