SMCM has developed a payment plan which automatically divides current semester term activity over five installments for a fee of $45.00 per semester. <\/p>\n<p>How to Enroll<br \/>\nTo enroll log in and click the link under the Installment Payment<br \/>\nPlans box and follow these steps: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review plan terms and Accept Terms &#038; Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Bank routing and account number are required for payment or credit card number<\/li>\n<li>Confirm information and click Submit Payment <\/li>\n<li>Select appropriate AutoPayment choice if you wish to have the payments automatically deducted from your bank account (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to Pay<\/p>\n<p>All entries and payments are done online via CASHNet. No payments are to be submitted by check to the College. The $45 fee is due at the time of the enrollment. Each monthly payment is due on the 5th  of each month. <\/p>\n<p>Email reminders are sent to the address you provide upon enrollment to ensure payment compliance. <\/p>\n<p>For each term the bills are due: <\/p>\n<p> Fall Term Spring Term<br \/>\n July 5th<br \/>\n December 5th<\/p>\n<p> August 5th<br \/>\n January 5th<\/p>\n<p> September 5th<br \/>\n February 5th<\/p>\n<p> October 5th<br \/>\n March 5th<\/p>\n<p> November 5th<br \/>\n April 5th<\/p>\n<p>Payment Methods<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic check (ACH)<\/li>\n<li>Visa<\/li>\n<li>MasterCard<\/li>\n<li>Discover<\/li>\n<li>American Express <\/li>\n<li>Wire Transfer<\/li>\n<li>Paper Check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Make a Payment<br \/>\nThe payments can be made by logging into CASHNet or auto payment can be set up. You must have a CASHNet log in to enroll in the payment plan.<\/p>\n<p>Create a CASHNet account (link)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to you account<\/li>\n<li>Click the link under the Installment Payment Plans box <\/li>\n<li>Review plan terms and Accept Terms &#038; Conditions <\/li>\n<li>Bank routing and account number are required for e-check payment or credit card number<\/li>\n<li>Confirm information <\/li>\n<li>Click Submit Payment <\/li>\n<li>Select appropriate AutoPayment choice if you wish to have the payments automatically deducted from your bank account (optional). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Terms and Conditions <\/p>\n<p>By choosing to participate in the tuition payment plan through St. Mary\u2019s College of Maryland, I understand that:<br \/>\n\u2022 The enrollment fee of $45 is non-refundable and due each semester at the time the payment plan registration is completed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monthly payments are due the 5th of the month. If the monthly payment is received after the 10th, a $35 late fee will be<br \/>\nassessed to the student account.<br \/>\n\u2022 There is a service charge of 2.75% for payments made using a credit card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Diner&#8217;s<br \/>\nClub &#8211; Visa is NOT accepted).<br \/>\n\u2022 There is no service fee for payments made online by eCheck unless the payment is returned by the banking institution;<br \/>\nreturned banking fees are outlined in the handbook.<br \/>\n\u2022 A student who fails to make two consecutive payments will be terminated from the plan and will not be allowed to register for<br \/>\nthe following semester until payment is made in full. Failure to pay may result in accounts being sent to collection with an<br \/>\nadditional 17% collection fee added.<br \/>\n\u2022 Continued ability to utilize the payment plan is contingent on satisfactory payment history. <\/p>\n<p>Please note that your MPP account is established on a semester basis; therefore, you must complete a new enrollment<br \/>\nagreement for each semester you choose to utilize the plan.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional Payment &#8211; Paper Check<\/p>\n<p>Make the check payable to: SMCM, include your student ID number on the<br \/>\ncheck and mail to: <\/p>\n<p>St. Mary\u2019s College of Maryland<br \/>\nATTN: Cashier, Glendening Hall<br \/>\n18952 E. Fisher Road<br \/>\nSt. Mary\u2019s City, MD 20686 <\/p>\n<p>Check or cash payments may also be hand delivered to the Cashier\u2019s Office at Glendening Hall. If the Cashier\u2019s Office is not open, there is a secure payment slot with envelopes available to leave your payment. <\/p>\n<p>Wire Transfer<\/p>\n<p>Wire transfer payments are initiated at your bank.
