That means you won\u2019t find foie gras or crate-raised veal on the menu (sorry\/not sorry), but you will find thoughtfully sourced options like local and sustainable seafood, cage-free eggs, and farm-to-fork produce. You\u2019ll also have plenty of choices to fit every appetite, from vegan and vegetarian meals to paleo-friendly options and everything in between.<\/p>\n<p>St. Mary\u2019s commitment to sustainability extends beyond the food we serve.
