That\u2019s why we work tirelessly to give you food that is healthy, ethical, and absolutely delicious.<\/p>\n<p>Our campus dining is managed through Bon Appetit, which was awarded the Humane Society of the United States Award for Excellence in Food Service. That means you\u2019re never going to see foie gras and crate-raised veal on the menu (sorry\/not sorry), but you will get local and sustainable seafood, cage-free eggs, and farm-to-fork produce. You\u2019ll also get a wide variety of food that fits every appetite\u2013from vegan to paleo.<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"color: black;\">\n<p class=\"big-text\">Life is a combination of magic and pasta.<br \/>\n- Federico Fellini<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And St. Mary\u2019s commitment to being environmentally responsible (sixth in Princeton Review\u2019s Top 50 Green Colleges) extends to our latest low-carbon initiative: reusable to-go boxes. So you can have an amazing meal with your toes dangling in the river, while simultaneously nixing styrofoam waste and reducing our campus\u2019s carbon footprint.
