Our instructors include local professionals, SMCM alumni, campus staff and faculty, and more!<\/p>\n<p class=\"big-text\">Bios for all of our Spring 2026 instructors can be found in our <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1o8M5E-kO-7ItMEose0jRzR8exmi7bq69ifjcxKZWER0\/edit?usp=sharing\">Spring 2026 Professional Pathways Information<\/a> document.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-346-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-346-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-346-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child\" data-index=\"4\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p class=\"big-text\">LEAD 111 \u2192\u00a0 LEAD 112\u00a0 \u2192\u00a0 LEAD 211<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each student needs to <\/span><b>pass <\/b>LEAD<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 111 &amp; 112 before registering for LEAD 211<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>LEAD 211 Courses<\/strong> (2 Credits)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Externship course that provides students with hands-on experience and classroom discussions while building a strong pipeline to either an internship, continued mentorship, or professional social capital.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Classes are taught by 1 instructor and 1 peer Career Mentor and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">meet once a week on campus for 50 minutes. These in-person class meetings include class discussions, guest speakers\/panels, and\/or off-campus site visits.
