Faculty Programs Consultant
St. Mary's College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary's City is accepting resumes for the contingent position of Faculty Programs Consultant. This is a temporary position with an hourly pay rate of $35 per hour, to begin immediately and continue through October 2020. Responsibilities include working with the CITL Director to create a compelling professional development infrastructure for instructors, providing faculty consultations, and contributing to CITL programming. Remote work is possible with this position, though some on-campus work may be required.
Requirements: PhD or equivalent required. Experience in faculty development and accessible pedagogical approaches required. An experienced educator and faculty developer with 10+ years of experience is preferred. Strong analytic, verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Any combination of acceptable education and experience, which has provided the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, may be accepted. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
