Health Educator/Case Manager
St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting résumés for the position of Health Educator/Case Manager. The Health Educator/Case Manager provides support to students about health behaviors and social support. The Health Educator/Case Manager serves as a liaison for assisting higher risk students in seeking additional mental health and medical treatment by providing referrals to campus and community resources. May supervise other clerical and student employees.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 3 years of relevant professional experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. Any combination of acceptable education and experience, which has provided the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill requirements of the position. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination, medical and religious exemptions will be considered.
