On Tuesday, August 30, 2016, President Jordan invites the campus community to participate in small-group, student-led Community Conversations to address the central questions: How do we maintain community and preserve the principles of our democracy in the midst of the many divisive issues that exist for us as a nation and as global citizens? What principles should govern our campus discourse? These conversations are a follow-up to “A Time to Pause,” a gathering held in April 2016.
On Wednesday, April 6, 2016 President Tuajuanda Jordan called upon the entire St. Mary’s College campus community to engage in conversation about complex issues affecting the campus community, and to begin work as a community to find solutions to these challenges.
