The loan period is four days, but may be extended depending on need and availability of the item. Please note that this equipment does incur library fines if not returned by the specified due date. The person listed as the primary contact for your event should plan to be in attendance and able to respond to requests for additional information or clarification. If possible, please list only one primary contact.<\/p>\n<p>Please enter the exact event start and end time in EMS. You do not need to add extra time for audiovisual set-up and tear down. Media Center staff will review your request and ensure sufficient time for pre-event preparations.<\/p>\n<p>If you are hosting a speaker or performer outside of the College community, please review contracts before signing and ask the speaker or performer to sign a media consent form if video or audio from their event is to be recorded. If the speaker requires specific audiovisual support, please consult with Media Services before signing the contract.<\/p>\n<h3>Support<\/h3>\n<p>The Media Center will assign one technician to support an event for a maximum of 5-6 hours of work. If your event will require more than 6 consecutive hours of tech support, please consider hiring an outside contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the Media Center cannot provide any lighting equipment for events.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-5589-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div id=\"print\" class=\"panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-5589-4\" ><div id=\"pgc-5589-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-5589-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_smcm-title panel-first-child\" data-index=\"7\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-smcm-title so-widget-smcm-title-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h2 class=\"smcm-section-title navy\" style=\"\"><strong>Printing<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-5589-4-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"8\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>The Media Center provides large-format printing in the Digital Media Lab. Large-format printing related to academic projects is available to students, faculty and staff. Additional large-format printing for all other non-academic projects is limited to one print per person.
