\n4. Sign up<\/strong>: 1-1 advising appointment using the \u201cscheduling\u201d buttons on our website.
\n5. Create a traveler's profile<\/strong>: Go to Via TRM, the SMCM OIE\u2019s application platform<\/a>, and create an account (or sign in with your existing account).
