Organize all of your SMP sources with EndNote citation management software. Available for PCs and Macs for free to St. Mary’s students in the Portal under the My Academics tab.

Students working on a St. Mary’s Project may request a shelf on the first floor of the library to house checked out materials during the semester.

Search and browse abstracts of past St. Mary’s Projects. Abstracts can only be accessed from a computer connected to the SMCM network (will not work off campus).

Full SMPs may be viewed in the Archives located in Calvert Hall. Note that some SMPs may have restrictions and cannot be viewed, but most are available to be viewed.

The Media Center on the 3rd floor of the library offers help with a variety of aspects of audio and video production related to St. Mary’s Projects:

• Borrow AV equipment including cameras, tripods, microphones, and much more
• Use software including Final Cut Pro, Logic X, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite programs on Mac computers. Media Center staff provide instruction on all programs available
• Record instruments, interviews, and voice-overs in the Media Center recording studio
• Meet with Media Center staff for creative consultation on projects
