If the request is urgent, but not an emergency, please enter it into web ePAC first, and then call the Physical Plant at X4287 to let us know why the request is urgent.<\/li>\n<li>Requests for <strong>key card or key card door issues, cable, internet, and phone service<\/strong> requests should be made through <a href=\"https:\/\/servicedesk.smcm.edu\/\">Office of Information Technology<\/a> (OIT).<\/li>\n<li>Requests for <strong>events<\/strong> should be made through the <a href=\"https:\/\/mymazevo.com\/\">Events Management System<\/a>. Contact the Office of Conferences and Events with questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-39-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-39-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-39-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_smcm-title panel-first-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-smcm-title so-widget-smcm-title-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h2 class=\"smcm-section-title navy\" style=\"\"><strong>Submit<\/strong> Request Via ePac<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-39-1-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h3>Submit Requests Via ePac<\/h3>\n<p>ePAC is used to request maintenance services, copier paper, memo pads, and labels.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/epachost.com\/StMarys\/LoginEpac.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fstmarys%2fmvc%2fServiceRequest%2fMain%2fCreate\">Submit a Request<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SMCM <strong>Username<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Password: SMCM Username (<strong>Option will be given to change password<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:\u00a0Returning RA\u2019s accounts have not been changed, so your password is the same as it was last year.\u00a0Pop-up Blockers: Please make sure all pop-up blockers are set to\u00a0\u201c<strong>always allow pop-ups.<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0Be sure to also check any other pop-up blockers you may have running, such as in<strong> Yahoo or Google<\/strong> toolbars.<\/p>\n<p>Once logged in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose your building from the <strong>drop-down menu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Choose your room number under \u201c<strong>Asset<\/strong>\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Write a <strong>complete description<\/strong> of the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your name under \u201c<strong>Requestor<\/strong>\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>When request have been reviewed and processed, you should be <strong>notified via email.<\/strong> If you do not receive confirmation please feel free to call for verification of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Emergencies<\/h3>\n<p>For an emergency (<strong>i.e., an imminent threat to health or safety<\/strong>), call the following departments and we will work with you to appropriately resolve the situation.<\/p>\n<h3>Hours<\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>8 a.m. to 5 p.m<\/strong>. call the Physical Plant at x4287.
