At St. Mary\u2019s College of Maryland, the Educational Studies program helps students become caring, thoughtful teachers and leaders who believe in lifelong learning. The program is built on the values of a liberal arts education and focuses on both ideas and real-life teaching experience. Students learn about how schools work, how people learn, and how culture and identity affect education. Whether they want to become licensed teachers or study how education affects society, students explore big questions about fairness, learning, and justice.<\/p>\n

With small classes, hands-on teaching practice, and support from professors, students learn how to help all kinds of learners and create welcoming classrooms. The program works closely with local schools and focuses on making a positive difference. At St. Mary\u2019s College of Maryland, Educational Studies students are prepared to make a real impact in schools, communities, and the world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>
