Academic calendars and exam schedules are maintained by the Office of the Registrar. Calendars are subject to change in the event of major disruptions.

Fall 2023

Aug 28 Monday CLASSES BEGIN.
September 4 Monday Labor Day Holiday: NO CLASSES
Aug28- Sept 9 Mon – Fri Schedule-adjustment period and late registration.
Sept 11-Nov 3 Withdraw with a grade of “W” until the end of the 10th academic week
Sept 22 Friday LAST DAY for students to submit course work to faculty to remove an Incomplete, to change the grading option to Credit/No-credit, and to declare an Audit grading option.
Sept 28 Thursday LAST DAY to withdraw, with a grade of “W”, from a half-semester course
Oct 6 Friday LAST DAY for instructors to remove an Incomplete.
Oct 9-Oct10 Mon & Tues Fall reading Days. NO CLASSES
Oct 16- Oct 20 Mon – Fri Half-semester courses begin.
Oct 20 Friday LAST DAY to register for a half-semester course beginning at mid-semester
Oct 23 Monday Mid-semester report deadline.
Oct 30 – Nov 3 Mon – Fri Academic advising for all degree students currently enrolled.
Oct 31 Tuesday NO CLASSES. All day advising.
Nov 3 Friday LAST DAY to withdraw, with a grade of “W”, from a full-semester course
Nov 1- Nov 10 Wed – Fri Registration for degree students.
Nov 16 Thursday LAST DAY to withdraw, with a grade of “W”, from a half-semester course which began at mid-semester
Nov 17 Friday St. Mary’s Projects due to mentor.
Nov 23 Tuesday Thanksgiving recess begins at 10:00 p.m.
Nov 27 Monday CLASSES RESUME.
Dec 8 Friday Last Day of regularly scheduled classes. St. Mary’s Projects are due in the registrar’s office.
Dec 11- Dec 14 Mon -Thurs Final Class meetings/exams. Last class meeting scheduled during the exams
Dec 18 Monday Grades due by noon.
Dec. 23 Monday Degrees Awarded

December 18th – January 8th Mon – Mon Schedule-adjustment period and late registration
