They connect residents with resources on campus, maintain community standards through the enforcement of college policy, provide social and educational programming, report maintenance issues, and mediate interpersonal conflict.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Residence Hall Coordinators (RHCs)<\/h3>\n<p>RHCs are upper level students who manage the day-to-day operations of each residential area. RHCs supervise the RA staff, oversee the programming and maintenance in their area, and advocate for the needs of their residential area.
