The Student Government Association (SGA) at St. Mary\u2019s College of Maryland exists to uphold the spirit, values, and ideals of the St. Mary\u2019s community while promoting a strong sense of responsibility among students.<\/p>\n

As the voice of the student body, we are committed to representing student concerns to the broader campus community and protecting student interests in collaboration with the faculty, administration, and Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

We work to ensure open and effective communication among students and encourage active participation in all areas of campus life.<\/p>\n

As a governing body, we review student organizations and college policies, recommending meaningful improvements when needed. We also manage and distribute funds on behalf of the student body and oversee the chartering of student-run clubs and organizations.<\/p>\n

Above all, we are dedicated to upholding the values of the St. Mary\u2019s Way through fair, democratic, and transparent leadership.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>
