Joe Carroll served as a housekeeper with the college for many years. He showed an immeasurable amount of dedication and impeccable service to our community and his spirit still resonates in our work.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n

All non-exempt<\/b> staff members of the College are eligible for the Joe Carroll Award.<\/p>\n

Restrictions<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Sitting members of the Selection Committee are not eligible.<\/li>\n
  2. The current Joe Carroll Memorial Award recipient is not eligible for consideration for two (2) calendar years. See the listing of past recipients below for reference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What to Include<\/h4>\n

    Nominations should be detailed and specific, providing examples of merit wherever possible. All nominations are held in confidence. Extra consideration will be given to employees with an exceptional length of service to the college. Provide an explanation detailing how the nominee demonstrates excellence in one or more of the four categories:<\/p>\n

    2. Community Impact<\/li>\n
    3. Commitment and Dependability<\/li>\n
    4. Teamwork and Leadership<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
