Aurora holds a B.A. in French Studies from Wesleyan University, where she studied abroad in Oaxaca, Mexico, and Paris, France. She earned her M.A. in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and has lived and worked abroad several years in Avignon, France and at the Umbra -ISI Institute in Perugia, Italy. She came to SMCM most recently from an institutional relations manager role with Arcadia’s College of Global Studies, where she was on the road advising and recruiting up and down the East Coast. Sabrina Prioleau, Ed.D.
Sabrina holds a B.S. in Political Science from Charleston Southern University. She earned her M.A. in Management and Leadership from Webster University. While pursuing her Master’s degree, Sabrina completed a short-term study abroad program in London, England and Geneva, Switzerland. Sabrina also served as an English Language Assistant in Catalonia (San Marti de Tous & Sils). She also completed her final residency for her doctoral studies in Ireland (Dublin and Limerick). Sabrina has served students in various education roles, including serving as a study abroad advisor for faculty-led programs at the College of Charleston. Thea Woehr
Thea is a senior pursuing a Student-Designed Major in French and Francophone Studies and a minor in Educational Studies. In the Spring 2025 semester, she studied abroad at Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 in Montpellier, France. This experience allowed her to not only improve her French speaking skills, writing, comprehension, and speaking, but it also allowed her to grow as a person. Rosalie Westrick
Rosalie Westrick is a double major in History and Anthropology with a minor in French. In the Fall of 2025, she went on the UCD study abroad program in Dublin, Ireland at the School of Social Sciences. This experience allowed her to explore different perspectives in regards to historical preservation, but to explore ancient sites around the country. She was also able to broaden her travel repertoire and experience new cultures. If you have any questions about the UCD program or concerns about traveling for the first time feel free to reach out!

Abrianna Hartford
Abrianna Hartford is pursuing a double major in Marine Science and Biology, along with a minor in Art. In the Fall 2024 semester, she studied abroad at James Cook University in Townsville, Australia. Her time there allowed her to deepen her passion for Marine Science, especially with the Great Barrier Reef nearby, while also discovering a new fascination with the evolutionary process of marine life from the Outback. Anna Karnell
Anna (class of 2027) is a psychology major with minors in special education and music. Her time studying in Japan at Akita International University in the 2025 spring semester was full of travel, new friendships, dancing, karaoke, Chiikawa, and matcha.
Caitlyn Grager
Caitlyn Grager is an History major and Educational studies minor who studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland during Fall 2025. During her time abroad she had the opportunity to experience a new academic environment at a large university, travel throughout Europe, and embrace a new culture.
Lauren Brown
Lauren Brown (class of 2027) is an Economics and Public Policy major who studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea during Fall 2025. During her semester abroad, she fully immersed herself in Korean culture, from wearing a hanbok at Gyeongbokgung Palace to making songpyeon during Chuseok. She had an incredible experience and is always happy to answer questions, especially for students considering studying abroad in South Korea.
Gabriella Hannan
Gabriella is an Anthropology and French double major planning to graduate in 2027 who studied abroad for the fall semester in Rabat, Morocco and is open to discussing many topics such as race/ethnicity/identity, women’s issues, religion, LGBTQIA+, academics, host families, and general topics related to studying abroad.

Samaira is an English major senior and aspiring writer who won the Gilman Scholarship and studied at University College Dublin in Ireland during the Fall of 2025.
Julia Rapier
Julia Rapier ’27 is majoring in History and French & Francophone Studies with minors in Political Science and African & African Diaspora Studies. Along with almost ten years of studying French, she studied abroad in Cannes, France in Fall 2025. Around campus, Julia is a Resident Assistant and the current Student Trustee in Training.

Robin Lawrence
Robin Lawrence is a Biology major studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland during Fall 2025. During their time abroad they had the opportunity to explore Christmas markets all over Europe! If you have any questions, especially about Ireland, feel free to reach out to her!
Ava Jones
Ava is an Anthropology and English double major, with a minor in women, gender, and sexuality studies. She is a senior at SMCM and studied abroad in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in Spring 2026. Her study abroad semester was her first time leaving the country and she is looking forward to helping any students who might have similar circumstances.
Emma Mastrangelo
Emma is a double major in marine science and environmental studies! She plans to graduate in Spring 2027 and had the opportunity to study abroad in Stirling, Scotland in 2026 Spring Semester! She is also a member of the field hockey team here on campus and she is looking into applying for graduate programs abroad as well.
Safiya Stimely
Safiya is a student- athlete on the women’s Field hockey team here at SMCM. She is a political science major with an English minor. She is a senior graduating in the spring of 2027 here at SMCM as well as a member of the DeSousa- Brent Scholars Program. Safiya studied abroad in London, England at the University of Roehampton, while visiting countries like Scotland, Ireland and many more!
Delaney Ausiello
Delaney is a Psychology and Art double major, graduating in 2027. She studied abroad in Florence, Italy, where she challenged myself to step outside of my comfort zone and gained a deeper appreciation for other cultures. On campus, she is the Vice President of Nerf Club and Secretary of Music Club, and she is passionate about helping others feel empowered to pursue new experiences.
Austin Goyburu
Austin is a rising junior who majors in psych with a minor in Spanish and will graduate in 2028. He spent Fall 25 and Spring 26 studying in Perugia, Italy at the ISI Perugia Umbra Institute. He loves playing music and even got the opportunity to play at a local bar in Italy. He also loves to cook and read.
Felicia Fishburne
Felicia is a psychology major and neuroscience minor graduating in FA26. She studied abroad at DIS Stockholm in spring 2026. She explored Sweden and Europe, participated in multiple research projects, and met friends from all over the world!
Mahree Annan
Mahree is a senior at SMCM studying environmental studies, political science, and international public policy studies. They were privileged to study abroad in Montpellier, France in SP25. Their experience pushed them out of my comfort zone and allowed them to grow in terms of language, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This in mind, they’re quite excited to be an ambassador this year and support peers with making all their study abroad dreams come true!

Kyle Jenks
My name is Kyle, and I am a senior at St. Mary’s College of Maryland double majoring in Marine Science and Environmental Studies, with plans to graduate in Fall 2027. My interests lie in marine ecosystems, environmental conservation, and understanding how people and the environment interact around the world. This past summer, I had the opportunity to travel to Greece as part of the Greece Study Tour, where I gained new perspectives through hands-on learning and experiencing a different culture.
