The St. Mary’s business office handles accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and contract and grant administration.

The office is committed to aiding the departments of the College in their goal of providing an excellent undergraduate education to St. Mary’s students. As responsible members of the College team, the members of the business office are committed to being timely, accurate, responsive, innovative, and resourceful in their performance. They apply their knowledge of financial practices and standards to safeguard, account for, and manage the College’s assets.

The business office’s financial services also extend to vendors, state and federal governmental agencies, the Southern Maryland community, and the taxpayers of the state of Maryland.
