• Physicians Fees are not reimbursable expenses under flexible spending accounts.
• Annual/Holiday/Personal Leave/Year End: At the end of the fiscal year, June 30, 2009, all annual leave over 360 hours will be forfeited as well as unused holiday leave. Unused personal leave may roll over to annual leave if the annual leave balance does not exceed the maximum of 360 hours. All employees will be credited with three (3) days of personal leave on July 1, 2009. However, employees may not use leave until it is posted on their time sheet or leave report. If you have any questions, please contact the office of human resources at x4309.
