Carlos Alcazar is the Executive Creative Director of Culture ONE World, a cross cultural creative agency focused on the burgeoning urban, millennial, and multicultural markets. He also serves as a Managing Director of The Tombras Group, a full service advertising agency. His focus on content and digital platforms includes award-winning work with leading social media influencers and platforms.
Prior to Culture ONE World, Mr. Alcazar was president and Chief Creative Officer of Hispanic Communications Network. There he focused on building and managing a social and cause communications media company targeting underserved communities in the United States, leading and driving a socially responsible business venture. Previously, Mr. Alcazar launched communications companies in worldwide markets, having resided in and managed business in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the United States for Viacom and Pearson plc.
His board and advisory commitments include serving as a trustee of Maryland’s public honors college St. Mary’s College of Maryland, chairman of congressional chartered National Environmental Education Foundation, and the US Vote Foundation. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and completed Executive Education programs on Corporate Governance from the Harvard Business School.
