Vehicle Immobilization Fine Increases
Persons who receive 3 or more citations in an academic year (paid or unpaid) are considered to be a a habitual offender. Habitual offenders may have their vehicle immobilized by the office of Public Safety for any subsequent violations.
Boot Removal fees as of October 1, 2025
- First Boot removal fee $400.00
- Second or subsequent boot removal fee $800.00
Boot removal fees must be paid withing 72 hours or the vehicle will be towed from campus and a towing fee (determined by towing company) will be added onto the existing fees.
