The Silent Witness program is for reporting crimes/incidents and/or serious policy violations which may affect the health, safety, or welfare of the St. Mary’s College of Maryland community. Silent Witness submissions are reviewed during College business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
