Ever send an email that you wish you could take back? I definitely have.
While Google hasn’t invented an email retrieving time machine, they have something with a similar functionality– the catch is, you have a limited amount of time to take back your email. The undo send functionality has been a lab, and then baked in for a while, but has not been available in mobile.
Users of the Inbox by Google (iPhone/iPad) (different than the Gmail App) (iPhone/iPad), are now able to undo their message (within a specified period of time) if they make a gaffe, or even send it to the wrong person, as seen in the video below. I highly recommend using giving yourself at least a 15 second delay between pressing Send, and your email ending up in another person’s inbox.
