LIFT OFF Leadership Conference
LIFT OFF is our emerging student leadership conference held at the beginning of each spring semester. The conference is designed for first-year, sophomores, and transfer students. LIFT OFF is a weekend-long conference that will give students a chance to explore leadership through interactive workshops, service projects, educational sessions, and guest speakers. Stay tuned for more information on registration and detailed information on this year’s conference.
Student Government Association
The Office of Student Activities advises the Student Government Association (SGA). The SGA at St. Marys College of Maryland is dedicated to serving all SMCM students. The SGA acts as a liaison between the students and the college administration, charters and funds all campus clubs and organizations, and plans campus events.
Class Officers
Each class year has a set of elected officers who represent the class to the Student Government Association. Student Activities staff members advise these groups and assist with their fundraising efforts as they plan for their Senior Week.
