The Department of Theater, Film, and Media Studies and director Joanne Klein are proud to reprise “Speaking of Race” for a single evening performance in the Bruce Davis Theater, Montgomery Hall, on Thursday, January 28, starting at 8 PM. Originally produced as a lunchtime performance series, “Speaking of Race” brings together the original SMCM student performers as they share powerful feelings and experiences in a series of monologues that express their understandings of race, ethnicity, and identity. The performance is free and open to the public. No reservations required. First come, first served. An audience talk-back will follow the performance. Refreshments will be provided.
